  • Product design
    We work closely with our customers to conceptualise and evaluate their requirements and ideas, transforming them into 3d graphics and engineering drawings using latest CADCAM software ready for tool generation and finally product manufacturing. CNC machined prototypes are also available to our customers to give a realistic representation of their final product.
  • Tool and jig making
    We manufacture all dies, jigs and fixtures in-house to very high accuracy and quality to keep costs at a minimum and therefore keeping product prices extremely competitive. We are capable of manufacturing complex multi impression tools with moving parts.
  • Die casting
    We have a range of high pressure zinc die casting machines with varying capacities allowing us to manufacture a wide range of products varying in size, weight and shape to a high quality finish.
  • All machining operations
    Some of the processes we facilitate include drilling and tapping, clipping, breaking off, and de-burring. Our sister companies also encompass a wide range of advanced machining processes.
  • Metal finishing and polishing
    Products that require a high quality or decorative finish are processed in-house. We have many highly skilled metal finishers along with 3 automated polishing machines ensuring we maintain a high quality finish ready for electro plating, painting or dispatch.
  • Chrome plating
    Using our Plc controlled fully automated chrome plating line we are capable of reaching a high quality chrome finish at very competitive prices.
  • Gold plating
    We also have a gold plating line capable of applying high quality finishes in gold.
  • Powder coating
    We also offer a powder coated finish in a wide range of colours to meet customer requirements.
